Ten branches, ten profiles, one list of which ones need you.

Each location has its own Google Business Profile, and each one competes on its own map. We look after every one of them every week and show you, branch by branch, which are winning their area and which have gone quiet.

The weakest branch is the one nobody is looking at

A multi-location business usually has one profile that somebody cares about and nine that were set up once. The hours drift, a branch's phone number changes and the old one stays on the listing, reviews at the quiet branches go unanswered, and the posts stop. Google notices each of these, branch by branch, and so do the customers reading them.

Then there is consistency. Directories and other sites carry each branch's name, address and phone too, and when they disagree with Google, that branch is marked down for it. Across ten locations that is a hundred small things, none of which anyone is paid to check.

These five fields are worth 32 of the 100 points in the check at the top of this page.

What runs for every branch, every week

See it

Each branch measured on its own map, all on one list.

A grid of Google Maps searches across each branch's own area, for what its customers type. One list ranks the branches worst first, with the biggest next step for each, so the one that needs attention is at the top.

Answer it

Every review, at every branch, answered within the day.

Replies drafted in the business's voice and posted, branch by branch. A poor review anywhere reaches us the day it lands, with the reply drafted and held for a person — so a problem at one location is seen before it spreads.

Reply drafted waiting for a person to read it
Every review gets a reply in your voice. A one or two star review is drafted and held until somebody has read it.

Keep it fresh

A post a week at each location, each approved.

Posts written for each branch from what it does and what has been happening there, laid out on a calendar so the empty weeks show. Approve them in one sitting; we publish them on the day.

What head office sees, and what each manager sees

The product's own screens, not claims. Every figure is measured per branch and says when it was measured.

  • One list, worst first. Every branch's score, what is waiting, and its biggest next step. The morning question — which location needs us today — answered before anything else is read.
  • A report per branch. Written for the person running that branch: how many people searched nearby, how many saw them, what was done, what is next. As a link they can open on their phone.
  • Details checked elsewhere. Each branch's name, address and phone, as the directories show them, against what Google shows. A branch whose old number is still out there is named, with the directory.
  • Share of local search per branch. Against the businesses each branch actually competes with, in its own town — not a company-wide number that hides the branch that is losing.

Who this is for

Regional chains

Garages, dental groups, opticians, estate agents, gyms. Several towns, one brand, and a different set of competitors at each.

Franchises

Each franchisee's profile kept to the same standard, with the franchisor seeing all of them and each owner seeing their own.

Trades with depots

Service businesses that cover several areas from several bases, where each base needs to be found in its own patch.

What it costs

Priced per branch, with everything included for each. Talk to us about how many locations you have and we will set it out plainly.

Questions multi-location businesses ask

Does each branch need its own Google account?

No. Branches are usually managed under one Google Business Profile account, which you connect once. We then see every location on it and take each one on.

Can a branch manager see only their branch?

Yes. Each location can have its own login that shows only that profile, while head office sees all of them in one place.

What if two branches share a town?

Each is measured on its own map from its own address, so you see where each one appears and where they appear together. Two branches on the same map is not a problem; two branches with the same phone number is, and we will tell you.

How do you keep the details consistent?

We check each branch's name, address and phone against what the directories show, and name any that disagree. Changes to a profile's details are made for you and recorded, so a report always says what was true when it was written.

Can posts be different at each branch?

They are by default. Each branch's posts are written from that location's own services and news. If you want one message across all branches, say so and we will draft it once and place it on each.

How is it priced?

Per branch, with everything included. Tell us how many locations and we will set it out plainly, with no setup fee and no contract.
